Women to the Front

We have customised our retreat course so that we can deliver

a one-day mini-version of the retreat course. This course is normally reserved for our retreat guests, but in 2024, things are changing.

The WTTF course has been developed for any woman wanting to change course herself and lead a meaningful life from the front.

This sought-after course covers the following topics: self-compassion, perfectionism, control, grit, habits, avoidance, and flexible mindset generation. It wouldn’t be a mini-retreat without some self-care, so the wonderful Holly Davies Freeman will guide participants through some relaxing mediations. There will be an outside picnic lunch on the lawns (rain permitting), and each participant will receive a small gift bag and workbook to take home.

You can come alone or with friends; by the end of the course, we will all know each other.

This course has limited tickets Only 10 tickets will be sold.
