Women to The Front

1 day

Mini Retreat Hobart 2024.

We are in the business of slowing down.

So you need time to rest, revive and reflect? You have come to the right place, we deliver retreats for women.

I’m in the business of ‘slowing down’, not an easy sell when the world is all crazy about being busy.

You will never find the time unless you make time and I want to bust the myth that you need all your

ducks in a row”. It will only happen when you take action.

Book some time to reflect and grow at our Women to The Front 1 day Mini Retreat in January 2024.

We have a waiting list for the next retreat, tickets will go on sale in October of 2023.

What can we do for you:

  • Provide you with a safe space to reflect, rest and recuperate.

  • Help you get clarity on what you need in life.

  • Provide you with tools for sustainable positive action.

  • Inspire you to make a confident change and take action.

  • Help you to let your hair down and have some fun.

Who am I ?

My name is Tracey Groombridge and I lead The Women to Front Growth and Development Retreats in beautiful Tasmania. In 2021 we ran the first Women to the Front Retreat in the beautiful Derwent Valley in Tasmania. We now run our retreats on the stunning East Coast of Tasmania.

For the past twenty years over my career I have been working with women, to help them find their worth and potential. I have over twenty six years’ experience working in workplace mental health, health promotion, alcohol and drug prevention, trauma training, domestic violence and business.

Most recently I deliver workplace training for Lifeline Tasmania. I am also a Master Mental Health First Aid Instructor. I also undertake mentoring and coaching at all levels. In my spare time I’m nearly finished studying Journalism at Griffith University and volunteer as a netball coach on the weekends.

I’m a mum who is about to become an empty nester for the first time. I am also a regular brunch lover.

I lead from the heart and I wear a trauma lens when delivering workshops and retreats. this means safety is always at the forefront.

With the opportunity of the pandemic break in 2020 I had the chance to reflect on the work I had undertaken over the years. In doing so I extracted the most meaningful knowledge and skills that I acquired over this time to create the

Women to the Front Program. These are the rare gems that I want to share with you to help you create a more meaningful life, one that allows you to grow and develop and to know your true worth and potential.

Other things I do:

I also do some writing from time to time.

Why am I Producing Retreats ?

Most humans get a kick out of helping others and I’m no exception. I have spent my professional life in the helping sectors, encouraging others and my passion hasn’t wavered for supporting women.

Most women who seek out growth and development opportunities are looking for something to change in their life, I’m an expert in helping people make that change smoothly and safely.

Sometimes people are dissatisfied with life but can’t pinpoint what needs modification or even how to change it, so most of the time they don’t change it until they are forced. My skill set is about pinpointing with clarity what needs to be change and then supporting people to find sustainable and useful strategies. Examining old beliefs and getting to the heart of what’s causing the pain.

I’m also concerned about this movement of striving for happiness, in my opinion it’s overrated, and its time to change perspectives and look for meaning instead.  I’m interested in the how and this informs my practice of mentoring.

In addition to developing and running retreats I offer mentoring.
